Short history car had many issues.Most where due to poor work most of the plugs to my fuse block where loose.So yeah took me a min to find that issue. Now the car is running all works but Speedo is maxed out.My issue is the car is surging with any throttle at all. So I checked my recirculation valves the pass one makes a noies when I apply vacume to the valve at the top vacume nipple. I removed it it has a very small what seems to be factory hole in it. Is this hole supposed to bleed air when the car is off and under vacume? The pass side has a little hole in it as well but dose not leak air under vacume. Any help would be greatly appreciated. So when I apply vacume to the pass reicr valve it leaks air is this Rt or is it bad/ stuck blown?
